The activity of "IL PLANTARE" firm started in 1978 as per initiative of the founder VALTER ZACCHINI. His intent was to meet the costumers needs, to give them comfort and help solve some specific pathologies of the foot.

The firm IL PLANTARE - on the market for more than thirty years - is now run by its founder's family and is still successfully designing and manufacturing orthopedic arch supports and Codivilla-type springs.

The high quality of the product which has always distinguished the IL PLANTARE, is assured by the use of the appropriate production systems, quality control and warehousing as well as the hiring of qualified personnel and high quality suppliers certified by the firm.

As evidence of the quality of the product stand the certificates obtained: UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2012 as well as the results obtained in conformity with the Essential Safety Requisites for Medical Devices as for the 93/42/CEE, including the manufacture and production of Arch Support Manufacturing Machine (MFP System) in compliance with the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE.

The firm IL PLANTARE is also registered on the Ministry of Health list of producers of custom-made device at no. ITCA01025270.
The products are marked as per the E.C. requirements, include conformity declaration and use istructions.
